Hiding Info in a Wiki Page

I would like the option to have secret text inside a page without the entire page being hidden.
It would be good for instances where you want to create a page for a location, creature, npc, etc but want to have information that is revealed over time.
ie.
Name: Jeff
Sign: ||Scopio 🤫 ||

I think there are some clever ways to organize things depending on what you're writing where having whole secret pages can still be just as effective, but I get what you mean

Specifically why I would like it is in Animon Stories the Ani-Tool lets you scan and record information about encountered creatures but you get increased information depending on the level of the scanner

So I could write out
Name: Baby
Stage: Basic
Class: ||Plant||
