Tbh these usually start with 3-5 points since normal xs pokemon are not really that interesting for most people I only started mine with 15 points since female Eevee is one of the rarest xs female pokemon

Yeah you need level 3 shiny power and level 3 mini power then get a good dimension where the guaranteed shiny is possible to be an eevee and then reset until it's a female and then you just need to hope for the 50/50 for xs
