even without the stats the mon has markings, many sysbots tend to "legally gen" mons but forget to remove markings 8_nodnod my mistake for being sleepy while bidding

Also why would you train in Speed for PLZA, it's unanimous among the competitive community that in ZA's battle system you always go for HP and never go for Speed. Either they did that manually (why EV train if you don't know the basics of the meta) or they used vitamins (which meant they farmed for money and bought vitamins without ever once looking up build ideas)

So yeah 100% a genned mon
