Good morning,

I understand that @little kite has already notified the appropriate staff of this change, however, I'd like to formally write a post about it on behalf of those who misunderstood this ruling. The questionable text reads:

Once the host accepts a top bid, they are required to follow through with it. Make sure to think through what you would like to receive in your auction. Backing out of an accepted top bid is subject to moderation.

I've heard arguments from bidder and auctioneer about this ruling - who truly is burdened with the liability if one, or the other, backs out. This text leaves a lot of room for trolling placing burden on the other party when it should be made clear that BOTH parties become bound to the auction ruling.

Particularly, the last line Backing out of an accepted top bid is subject to moderation. should be changed to Backing out of an accepted top bid, for auctioneer or bidder, is subject to moderation.

If you guys are working on it already, then great. Thank you for your time! GengHeart
