Basically just this, something you can put on people who haven’t quite justified a trade mute, but have done something like offering a hacked Pokemon, or for a real example I saw recently, scammed in another server but not in this one (there was a trade back, but I still would not want to trade someone who has ever done that). There’s plenty of people I think have earned a full trade mute, but got off with a temporary or a warning. I put notes on their profile for myself in case I ever forget, but it would be nice to have in case I miss someone in reports.

Everyone gets the benefit of the doubt, condemning someone to have a 'risky trade' role over, what is most of the time, something that is easily fixed isn't really fair. You're taking a risk with everyone you trade with, just that most of the time their mistakes aren't reported.

Dang. Maybe I should start blocking people instead, cuz I’ve just seen so many times that someone should have been fully trademuted, and then 2 days later they end up passing off another hacked Pokemon and then getting banned anyway. I understand there is risk with everyone, but some people don’t know who to watch out for.

you're asking us to mark people for not knowing better. i'm glad you're omnicient but we'd prefer to give people the benefit of the doubt, the vast majority of people aren't looking to scam, and all we can do is provide resources (which we have more than any other server) and education

Alright. I was gonna see if there was a way to have a public records thing, but I guess I can just search for messages or @ s in the reports before trading and that would work just as well.
