Correcting the errors in the #hackcheck_queue form

As many are aware, (or directly ran into by now), an ongoing issue since the #hackcheck_queue form was updated for SWSH has been that many alternate/regional forms don't allow the selection of the correct moves or abilities.

Instead, they typically only allow the selection of abilities and movesets that are legal for the "base" form of that species.
-# Currently the only "workaround" is to fill out the form with incorrect abilities and moves, then manually correct them by hand in the text output before submitting it, which is tedious and not ideal.

My suggestion to resolve this issue is simple:

Allow every ability and every move to be selected for every species and every alternate form, rather than trying to limit it to only legal abilities, and legal moves within the learnset of that species.

This would solve the above error, as well as allowing players to submit illegal moves or abilities (if they somehow obtain a Pokemon with an impossible move/ability), and in the case of SWSH submissions, it would also allow them to submit various event-exclusive moves that fall outside of the typical learnset for that species.

That's unfortunate.. Hopefully it can be sorted out before LZA, otherwise there will probably be even more forms to deal with... I wish y'all luck sorting it out.

Hopefully you'll consider my suggestion, not having to deal with ability or move legality (in whatever format the form uses behind the scenes) would be one less thing to maintain/troubleshoot

I’m unsure what the roadblocks are but I’m the one who wrote the code for the original from that this one was forked from, and I’ve done several edits to this version of it in the past too. Old thread, but wanted to ask if staff did follow up with Lego up on that offer/if anything could be done?

Z-A is looming on the horizon, and it could very well need an update with even more new species, forms, movesets, etc.
