@cobalt terrace disagree. Most of these sets are rooted in CIR teams and wont do the same this team wants

Waterpon seems to be ur response to Kyogre and kinda Groudon.
You can partner it with ChiYu to beat Kyogre as long as u avoid to tera.
U might want to look into an option that possible outspeeds common speed kyogre/groudon and maybe gas bulk to live 2 hits from either while still having damage(idk if its possible). You have to figure out what is most important to u. If u need ur pom to live certain moves from redirection for example focus EVs on that. If u want offense and speed look at that.
