Basically, remember how the badges from previous events can be obtained in #server_badges ? Well, I would like to ask about the badges for new events not being automatically attached to the specific event role (such as for the holiday event, make the separate role for the badge now instead of later).
I can also make this suggestion simpler:
- Someone gets an event role. Nice!
- That role overrides their current badge, which they may like better. The event role in this case would just be the color of their username and their nickname changing.
- That event's badge would then be added to #server_badges and then they can choose the badge that they want without being forced into that event's badge.
Plus one benefit would be to just make it separate from the role where the event role would not need to be modified other than just to move it down. Right now I assume that the role would have to have the badge icon removed and then the other role would have to be made.
