Magma crate ate my key and didn't give me anything :( | Pokemon Winds and Waves | Page 1

I had two magma keys in my inventory (I didn't claim it the other day so it was legit) so I used the first and I tried opening the crate like I normally do and instead of running the crate roll animation, it just took the key from my hand and didn't load anything nor give me anything I could visibly see, could I get it refunded please?
