Add raid forum or add raid support to another forum channel

#hydreigon_raids hosts event raids nothings really stopping ya from coordinating lobbies in chat. Most people try to follow pinned templates to reduce that kinda of chaotic planning by just using pre-built mons tho.

pretty sure there's something in https://discord.com/channels/663661005514997770/1048287939144187904 about not dividing raid channels further idk if opinions changed over time tho

Currently there is no where listed to host raids like event raids that need to be planned out for success. Without a channel like this, I think it would be hard to gather people. I have had problems like this in the shiny trading channel where no one DM's me or responds to my messages
