I'm building a casuals singles team with my 2 favorite corviknight and rayquaza, my current team is rayquaza/corviknight/arcanine/swampert/maushold/miraidon, and I've been losing a lot, any suggestions or help? I've considered taking out arcanine for zacian

@sleek narwhal koraidon mostly but I just kept losing to legendary teams, my strat was to lead with swampert with stealth rocks or maushold cause it's kinda op

If youre Fighting on the Battle Spot then Dachsbun would be a perfect counter for Koraidon
Almost Every koraidon has Dragon Claw, Collision Course, Flare Blitz
Dachsbun is immune to dragon, resists Fighting and thanks to his ability he is immune to fire and gains +2 defense
Max Attack Dachsbun will 1 hit ko every Koraidon with Play rough ( i calculated)
If they dont have Def evs and no one puts def evs on his Koraidon

@sleek narwhal yeah I'm fighting on switch battle stadium singles, I'm trying to keep ray, corv and either zacian or arcanine like a dragon/raven/wolf combo, is arcanine or zacian better?

I'll keep dachsbun in mind it's adorable

I mean Zacian is better than arcanine
It has 170 base attack
With Fairy/Steel one of the best Type Combos
And Intrepid Sword which gives you +1 Attack when you switch in

The Common Zacian set has max attack evs and max speed evs with an jolly nature
You would have 202 attack (with Intrepid sword 303) and 220 speed which is faster like almost everything

And with 135 def and 135 special def ist also pretty bulky

So far I've got rayquaza/zacian/corviknight/miraidon not really sure who to put for the final 2, with ray having a life orb I worry I need a pokemon that removes hazards or should I got heavy duty boots?

@sleek narwhal thats what I was gonna ask I don't want to dedicate a spot for maushold for tidy up, and I want life orb on ray, but would defogger corv be better or heavy duty boots ray?

I mean removing hazards like Stealth rocks or Sticky web is always helpful but only really in 6 vs 6 battles

In 3 vs 3 Singles you dont really need a defogger because most people dont use hazards there
So in that case Life Orb Rayquaza would be better

@sleek narwhal I do both 3 v 3 and 6v6 so from what we've discussed defogger corviknight and life orb ray is the way to go, thanks all I need to do now is see which are my 2 final mons, you guys have been awesome

Although there was one thing I wasn't sure about dragon dance or swords dance on ray? I'm going dragon ascent, earthquake, extreme speed, then one of those two with tera normal

You should play dragon dance
Because something like a flutter Mane who is immune to Extreme speed would Outspeed Rayquaza and just kill it in 1 hit with Moonblast

Max speed Rayquaza only has 161 speed and Max speed Flutter Mane has 205 (307 with Protosynthesis)
