Spreading giveaways across time zones

There's a tendency to run giveaways (especially time-limited event giveaways) in North American time, so it's not uncommon for me to wake up to pings about overnight giveaways.

For example, today we had 13 shiny giveaways for the Lunar New Year event, of which 11 ended before 8am GMT.

Can we have some sort of arrangement where events like this are more spread out throughout the day, so that people in all time zones can get a chance to participate?

(obviously I'm super thankful towards all the helpers who give up their time to run these giveaways, this isn't directed at them at all!)
