assuming mods check these often, have them add tags to posts to see if they are denied or not

so like, if a mod doesn’t accept a post, it’ll have something like ‘Denied ❌’ as a tag, or accepted n stuff

maybe there could be other things such as ‘Considered🤔’ for.. y’know.. stuff that’s considered to be added

anyways that’s all

also what I mean by the tags, is that only mode can add a tag to posts here
