So #tera_raids is for Tera Raids and no we won't be making another channel for strictly only Tera Raids. Keep in mind, the people that host are people, they get busy so the channel would likely be quiet if no one was hosting raids.
Also in a server as large as ours, if you look around in different channels, each channel for the most part is also it's own sub-sect of the community, so with that, people are going to hang out in the channels that they spend the most time with and yes, off-topic chatter will and does happen.
