I'm not well versed in how discord works so I'm not sure if it's possible. In channels like #1040555642668199936 or any others in that style where you make your own post or look at others, the OP should be able to pin messages on their post. Or an alternative to that is to make their description message automatically pinned so longer posts can still have the description read without scrolling many, many, messages.
