we could have an channel for emulators because they have good games such as moon emerald and old games not available such as gens 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5

As emulators are unauthorized copies of a game, I think they’d be against ToS or some other list of rules

Rule 3️⃣ Disallowed Services

We do not allow any form of selling or advertising for any forms of real currency or otherwise. This includes but is not limited to selling of in game content such as Pokemon, Items or games themselves. Additionally, we do not allow the following:

• Any services or promotion of services that are illegal, inappropriate or offensive for a Pokemon server.
• Any content that breaks a game's ToS (as this is expressly against Discord's own ToS).
• Use of any Third Party Hardware or Software to modify or edit your Switch/Games in anyway shape or form. This includes using Sysbots/DuDu Bot or similar bots which require a hacked switch.
• Use, promotion, or discussion of glitches found in games.

We do not allow channel discussions surrounding these topics and anyone found to be doing so will be disciplined. Moderators will use their discretion to ensure that people are not unfairly punished for innocent questions or confusion, but everyone is expected to follow these rules.

Discussion on 3rd party hardware like switch ups/arduinos is allowed, but please do not share how to set up these things, since that opens the doors for any users with malicious intent.

it's not a mainline game that you've ripped, if you're just showing the gameplay I believe we've said it's fine. It's different than opening a whole discussion channel dedicated to game rips
