Can someone host a raid or help me explain the way to find the new paradox raids, I can’t find them

You'll find the new Paradox raids in #hydreigon_raids, in regards to hosting them. As theyre 5 star rairs I believe you unlock them after having seen the credits (though I am not 100% sure). Make sure you've updated to 1.2 and have gone online in game.
