With the new update, you can encounter different vivillon in other people's games when connected to Pokemon GO! We should set up a new channel to allow people to talk to others to get all the different patterns

Since there is a Ditto Trade room, why not a Vivillon trade room.

Because ditto are used to breed every breedable Pokemon in the game. 1 6 IV ditto can help you breed endless high IV Pokemon.

Vivillion chat would only be for Vivillion and nothing else, not much of a point to make a whole new section
