Separate channels for shiny trades for swsh, bdsp & PLA. Easier for people looking for version exclusives etc

we had these for their game time and releases, use the current channels #trading_pla #trading_swsh #trading_bdsp for what you need. as the majority of people are probably concentrating on sv we'll keep supporting the past games but not with as many channels.

If there was enough interest, I'd say it would be worth having a LGPE trade channel, because that game is still on a current generation console.
Lots of places kept having XYORAS trade hubs even with Sun/Moon/USUM out.
