"Middleman Queue Open" Pingable Role

I suggest implementing a new role (that people can gain through a react message) where it pings them every time the middleman queue is open for use. The role would be @'d in the normal "The MM queue is now open" message.

A complaint that I've seen sometimes from people who are suggested to use the middleman queue for future trades due so some kind of past complication (typically a scam) is that they don't have the time to continuously watch the channel to see when it's open or it's simply too cumbersome to try to stay on top of when the queue is open or closed. Although I'm personally not someone who would want to use the queue (I just don't normally do trades), I imagine it would make things easier for the people who do want to use the queue, with minimal effort from the Middlemen themselves. If I'm wrong in thinking so, please let me know

While this doesn't sound like a bad idea on paper, one big issue i personally see as MM is that we'd get multiple requests at once due to everyone being notified at the same time through a ping, often it's just one MM opening the queue by themselves.
I understand the need for a notification, especially when the queue doesn't open as often, but we'll give our best to open the queue more frequently
You can also enable notifications for the #mmqold channel yourself, which isn't the same as a ping but would achieve almost the same, just a bit less noticable

This was purely coming from an outsider looking in, I didn't really know the innards of how the queue works— a flood of people coming in from just one MM opening the queue definitely sounds overwhelming.

I understand the reasoning behind a lack of it, thank you!
