You need to play well for that.
Band slaking can be EASILY cought off guard and has to swap which you never want.

AV is safer.

however, Truant being an ability is just horrible. For doubles, I'd definitely see AV due to Doodle, but for singles, Banded Giga Impact is probably the best bet.
