Hey guys. I finished 1st season with rank 9825. It is not the greatest score, but I can give you guys some advices.
Since I am a multilingual speaker, I have a good access to the team builds from professional Korean and Japanese players.
DM me any time ^^.

First one I would like to introduce is "Tinkaton". The build is referred from Korean streamer "Snow Party (S/V Season 1 rank 46)" (https://www.youtube.com/@1209sung). This form mainly uses "status moves" to stop actions from strong attackers like Dragonite, Dragapult, Meowscarada, etc or tankers like Skeledirge, Dondozo, Corviknight. Because of her ability "Mold Breaker", she can even paralyze Gholdengo. "Air Balloon" is the most recommended item preventing strong damage from "Earthquake". Most of stats are given in HP, SpD, and Def to withstand attacks. Minimum speed is given just enough for HP, Def based Garchomp ("Stealth Rock" form). I usually take her out as first and paralyze opponents with "Thunder Wave" to slow them down. If the opponents use "status moves", I use "Encore" to stop them from next actions. Next, you can use either "Knock Off" or "Stealth Rock" limiting capacity of the monsters came out or from exchange. If the opponents decided not to exchange, keep use "Knock Off" and "Encore" slowly draining out opponent's health and PP.

Warning: This build is not suitable for fighting against Clodsire

Good Pokemons to team up with: Dragapult/Skeledirge with "Hex", Dragonite with "Dragon Dance", etc

Second Pokemon I would like to introduce is one of the most well used tanks, Skeledirge. This form is also developed by "Snow Party (S/V Season 1 rank 46)" (https://www.youtube.com/@1209sung). This Skeledirge form aims to defunctionalize Atk based sweepers like Garchomp, Dragonite, Meowscarada, Kingambit, etc with "Will-o-Wisp". With his ability, "Unaware", Skeledirge can ignore rank up skills while increasing his SpA with "Torch Song". With "Fairy Tera Blast", he can surprise attack his counters like Dragapult and Hydreigon. Most of his stats are given in HP and Def. Gave little bit of speed to win fight against opponent's Skeledirge. Remainder is given in SpD and SpeA. "Safety Goggles" is given to counter Breloom, but you can replace it with "Leftovers". You can replace "Will-o-Wisp" with "Yawn" and "Tera blast" with "Hex". You can use Dark/Water Tera instead of Fairy Tera if you see too many Steel/Fire Tera.

Warning: Be wary about opponents with Fire Tera, "Lum Berry", and moves like "Trick" and "Earthquake". Not suitable for fighting against Atk based Dondozo, Armarouge with "Flash Fire" ability, and Rotom-Wash. Has some disadvantage against Gholdengo, Hydreigon, and Baxacalibur.
Good Pokemon to play with: Pokemons with Levitate to counter "Earthquake" (Ex. Rotom-Wash and Hydreigon).
