Would be better to give a scammer a role "Scammable" so others would know he/she/they easy to scam and teach them a lesson multiples time until they leave instead off banmor maybe wright apology to the victim if a vicitm decides to forgive or not if a victim forgives remove a scammable role,but if a victim does not forgive the scammer role should stay

its an interesting suggestion, but ultimately I think it would cause more harm than good.
The goal in banning scammers isn't to "teach them a lesson", the goal is to protect the members of the server.
the system you suggested would leave it up to members of the community to deal with scammers, and would bring in a lot of unnecessary drama to the server, which can be dangerous, especially online.
