Union Circle VC in VIP

With the growth of VIPs, we'd like to propose if we can make voice channels in the same way that the public channels have voice channels. Many of us would like more than one voice channel. It doesn't have to be privatized but it's so that we can have other VCs to not have to talk over others or have more focused discussions to coordinate different things etc.

if more than one is needed, we can change

but i dont think we'd be able to make private VCs like the union up there too
