This channel would be DM's only.
You could have a #giveaway_challenge_shiny channel for Shiny Pokémon.
Each "Round" every contestant has one guess.
*Round Number refers to how many Rounds have gone by without a successful guess. Each Round gives one guess, so the Round Number is the Number of Guesses allowed.
Of course, no hacked/illegitimate Pokémon and no scamming.
Contestants may not put in more guesses than allowed, any extra guesses past the Number given are to be completely ignored.
So, for a Working example, using the Shiny Magikarp giveaway:

Game: SV
How to Win: DM me my favourite cake!
Status: Won!
Round Number: 3
Winner: @winner_test
Answer: Carrot Cake
Giveaway challenges that were won would be deleted after the Pokémon was given to the winner, and any Giveaway challenge would be deleted after a day, no matter if anyone won or not.
