When are Master Ribbons & titles unlocked?

Hey guys, this is my first time playing ranked. My singles team made it into Masterball Tier a few days ago, I’ve done a few matches since and received the notification that my battle team would be awarded ribbons.
I keep checking but nothing shows on the ribbons & titles screen.
Is there something I have to do to trigger it or is it only once the ranked season finishes?

When are Master Ribbons & titles unlocked?

iirc you have to win a game within masterball tier to get the ribbons, otherwise im not sure

is your team in the „battle team“ section or in your party?

put them in your party and win another game at master ball rank and then check again

Win a game in Master tier, lose a game. Move them to your party and you need to manually add the ribbons once they are in your party but you have to have lost a game while they are still in your Battle Team in Masters.
