if youre running 4 move rotom-wash you might wanan consider using specs instead.
Rotom also has wasted EVs in the HP stat and im assuming Def stat cause EVs only count on a 4+8x bases

I don’t have as much fun battling with Choice items bc of how limiting they can be, so I try avoiding them if I can. AV Gholdengo is fantastic offense against SpAtkers so I figured give rotom some bulk. If I do EV Spe, should I change thunderbolt on Gholdengo for more coverage?

Your Garganacl has Body Slam not Body Press.
Garchomp definitely needs Dragon Claw. Why do you have Iron Head and Fire Fang. Also consider Tera Blast for Accuracy if you Tera Chomp often (this change can be made after testing)
