Throughout the rest of the year our #surprise_giveaways meets that need! If you force people to have a generous spirit all year it won't be the same. The reason #1504 works each time is because it is for a short period of time - even practically people wouldn't have the stores of nice things to give away without HOME compatibility yet too, so there would be a limit to how effective it would be traffic-wise
