Unobtainable Pokemon trade prevention

There are alot of unknowing people in the server that innocently ask for unobtainable Pokemon like Froakie simply because they saw some of their favorite YouTuber or friend own one. I think that the SV trading chat should have a bot with a clarifying message that warns people that trading those Pokemon could risk an account ban. An automated message every hour just to have it there. Eventually everyone will bump into that message and be informed that their accounts are at risk, because not everyone looks at announcements. That would also put some relief on reports that constantly have to tell people that unobtainable Pokemon are tradebanned

There are reports of it every day

Most Froakie trades have been banned / deleted due to massive amounts of reports in report channel, if you scroll up most reports are in the trade section

Sorry, I try not to spend too much time in #reports.
I'm not official server staff, but I help @knotty zephyr with the @wild copper commands and helping to prevent illegal Pokémon trading in the trade channels here.

There is already a filter in place to delete posts in the trade channels mentioning those Pokémon, and I did implement additional keywords that would help catch more trades.
I don't want to put rotating messages into place without his/the Mods' approval, but I can do that if they would like me to.

Here is some more, I just thought it would put less pressure on the trading reports so moderators could actually handle serious reports easier

anything beyond deleting their messages is something i'd need to consult the mods about. i'm just here to write code they tell me to after all!

It's clearly in #announcements and #rules . If they haven't read those, then they shouldn't be trading🤷
