Generally means either your core is weak, you don't have answers to common threats or you just need more practice. What are you mostly losing to and what do you commonly lead. Remember if you are new to vgc, expect to be losing alot particularly if you made your own team. Consider practising with rental teams from pros first to see how other teams actually function, which will help you actually fight those teams in the future
Some quick changes: drop wise glasses for sitrus Berry on rotom. I find trick shenanigans on a slow pokemon pretty useless atm and wise glasses doesn't hamper enemies at all.
Swap metal coat for choice specs or life orb on gold, recover for protect or dazzling gleam, drop hex for shadow ball,
