Swap blizzard and leftovers off tyrranitar. And garchomp isn’t optimal for hazards I would take stealth rocks off.

I would look at swapping someone for a wall Pokémon if you want to use hazards.

I’d definitely advise an sd set with bitter blade and shadow sneak for ceruledge

A set for him in doubles would literally go like this
Bitter blade
Swords dance
Shadow sneak
Protect with probably a weakness policy or some other item
