We were just talking about a channel like this for herbs, candies, etc.

i've even made little pngs

herb grinding is an important aspect of raids

and the way you grind for herbs is way different from normal raids and dittos raids

i mean theres only 5 6* pokemon that drops stuff

They said they wouldn’t be making dedicated raid channels for anything other then events

How would you suggest we enforce this? There’s very little we can do to make sure that A. people host the right thing and B. the raids actually give herbs

They can host the raid, see if they get herba, if so reset the game and rehost the same raid with the 3x herba or whatever. As someone who raids mostly for herba and I have a 6* Blissey raid with 3x herba, it would be cool to find other people with 3x herba and take turns hosting the raids.

This is good in theory. However, if someone is hosting non-herb blissey raids, for example, there’s really no way to make sure each hosted raid has herbs as rewards. The only way we can stop someone from doing that is banning them from the raid channels temporarily, and I don’t like the idea of punishing someone who is voluntarily hosting for the betterment of others

I mean, they could post 2 pictures, 1 of the herbas when they defeated the raid the first time to check rewards, and a second photo of their code with the mon in it again.

Also whats to stop anyone from posting a ditto code without a picture in an event raid channel? Theres really no way to make sure people are hosting event raids in their either. I’ve joined a couple normal raids while trying to join charizard raids to be honest

You’re only furthering my point. It’s difficult enough already for us to determine if the right raids are being hosted in the right place. We see the potential for misuse of a new raiding channel like this, so we have decided to keep the raid channels as is

I’d wager that many hosts won’t go through the extra effort to have two picture posts for each host, in addition to the extra pictures cluttering up the channel

Only other suggestion would be maybe a hybrid channel then for only 5* 6* and herba raids that way anyone wanting to only herba raids has a channel to go to and they don’t have to deal with 4* raids with no herba

And then if its a hybrid channel you dont need to enforce everyone having a herba raid
