split the tera raid channel into different starred groups

Different text channels would ideally be
Tera-raids 1-4 star
Tera-raids 5 star
Tera-raids 6 star
Tera-raids 7 star

Unfortunately that's not going to really stop the issue of people joining tera raids that aren't suitable for them. We'll discuss the idea of making a channel for 5 star+ and a channel for 1-4 star but I get the idea that most people will just flood into the 5 star+ channel because of the better rewards
