#Is the calculator supposed to only have 68kb of memory to install external apps?
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
She has 13MB (off free memory with anything install) . 58kb is temp memory for Python only if you install external apps you will see that the part of the 58kb will not change.
But when I try to install it says nan kb
the calculator hasnt enough nan kb
and I havent installed anything yet?
All of the externall apps available on upsilon can be install me I have a background image nofrendo and 4 nes games on it
hmmm I will try again
Make sur to close the upsilon instalation tab
Wich Numworks do you have ?
n0110
I don't know why it tell you that you dont have enough storage
I think I know it is the Numworks that tell you that or the upsilon external app installer ?
Do you have an error somewhere, or where are you reading it ?
The calculator has 8MB of flash, with 6MB usable for external apps
What is the exact error message ?
i already downloaded the game
whats the key to exit the app?
cause if I dont know im going to be trapped in the gam,e
If it's a GB game, it's 0
it was thanks
If it's NES, it almost every keys in the bottom (except backspace)
ok
0
thanks very much!
And it works on any emulator
Why do you want to uninstall ?
I installed one app just for the test and now I dont want it anymore
It was png viewer
To uninstall apps, you need to reinstall all apps except the one you want to remove (each time you install apps, everything will be wiped)
hmmm not the software tho right? like the upsilon
But uninstalling apps will not free up space as flash is not used from the calculator (KhiCAS can, but it won't work on Upsilon due to technical restrictions, as part of the flash is locked by the bootloader)
No, you just need to reinstall external apps
Ok thanks man!
@olive latch I want to install a game for 2 mbit but it says its too much?
Wasnt 6mbit the max
It should just say to flash using the bootloader, not too much data error
Is it going to slow the calculator down?
Try pressing RESET, then 4, then 1 to go to the "flash slots" mode, then retry to install
No
I don't know why it would
The only thing that could slow down the calculator would be to have too many external files, but it's not related to the bootloader
Like the fact that its 2 mb right?
@olive latch
When i try to open the game and select the rom it appears full memmory
The game try to use too much ram
Are you using Peanut-GB or Peanut-GBC
