why is there a Numworks logo instead of a black background ?
I dont know but it is there just for a very sort time
when did you update to 19.5 ?
Never it was always on 19.5
You bought it new ?
Yes
it was asking for update ?
Yes it was
@stark helm come here, something looks wierd
maybe some more information i have installed .nwa applications.
don't do anything with your calculator, we're gonna need it
short answer, you can't downgrade because it has been sold with E19
but plug your calculator into the pc and open up this page: https://ti-planet.github.io/webdfu_numworks/n0110/
done
ok, connect your calculator, then click "Dump internal", it should download a file
ok
let your calculator and wait for @stark helm he will know how to get important files from your calculator (it's not always needed but since your calculator has been sold with E19 and we never saw that before, we will need this)
your calculator has been sold with e19 or you upgraded just after because it was asking you?
Upgraded just after because it was asking
Oh, it's not the same !
everything's normal
but the bootloader background
I know that, but Numworks bootloader has a black background, not a Numworks logo
.
Sorry for mistake
Can you make a video so we can see what happens please?
ok, so the numworks logo was just a reflection
So at this point, if you can't tell which was your version before updating for the first time, it may be 16.4.3
the thing is, if you update from this version, your calculator is locked
oh ok. But thanks for looking at this and helping.
To unlock the calculator, you have to use a rasberry py
Super !
Mais maintenant votre calculatrice...
yes i tried but. I am bit stupid so i can't open it anymore. Opend it like 2 times before i had the raspberry pi.
If you have the rasp pi, what prevents you from unlocking ?
Being very hard to screw them off
