I usually dont really have panic attacks but today in just the past four hours ive had five, just i hate this overwhelming feeling of dread or hopelessness i wish it could just go away. Any advice is appreciated or maybe people i can relate to.

hey you must be under some pressure or have been going through something stressful.. remember how strong you are for overcoming similar situations in the past and do things that make you happy and in the present!!
