Do you think it’s deep or just tricky to grab?
If you can see it, it might come out if you leave duct tape on it for 20mins or so. Duct tape or electrical tape. Just something better than scotch.

Just looked something up and soaking your feet in warm water for 20-30mins should help bring it closer to the surface if its too deep… use epsom salt if you have it, if not just warm water.
That’s all I’ve got, cause I saw all of the tricks you mentioned.
