Hey sorry to hear that.
Do you like have people around you that you feel safe with and can share your inner struggles??
Yes aside from the suggestions told by other users. You should also try finding some people you feel safe enough to open upto. People who genuinely care you and your feelings. Such people will never see them as an exaggeration or bother.
Emotional support is a huge thing. It helps in preventing bottle up emotions. Which also lead to fatigue in its own way. And causes burnout way before it should.
Yes , I can understand that it's hard to open up. And it's also not a very good idea to open up with the wrong people.
Therefore , wait for people that make you emotionally safe . People who are emotionally intelligent and available as well.
You can seek them but eventually , even without seeking , your heart will know when you across such a person.
One indicator I can tell. You said you generally don't open up and it's hard but you will find that with these people you are unable to stop speaking and keep telling a lot while simultaneously feeling relieved.
Best of Luck for your studies as well. As well as the future you planned for yourself.
I hope so too.
No need for thanks , anything that helps a young bright student like yourself.
Hello there, my DMs are always open if you would like to talk always help people (not a professional nor do I work for this sever)
get a boyfriend perhaps? but meh, that's risky ash, the post attachment trauma ain't worth havin if yall ever break up. what has helped me is to just simply, lay on my bed, cover my eyes with my pillow and just sit there with my thoughts, sometimes i'd fall asleep or i'd get a eureka and jump on my laptop to make some music, sometimes i'd smoke too in the shower with a coffee while pondering about existence and what i should do to keep my passion alive. this might sound cliche, but that's what happens when you keep consuming consuming and not create some authentic shi from your soul. after all, we live in a consumerism era, but the power of curiosity will always outweigh our inner struggle, that's why i keep movin and movin, cause i wanna know. i wanna know what it actually means to TRULY live.
i do the same shit gang, ain't nobody wanna be the person who spreads negativity, heavy on the "truly understand you" part tho, but maybe, just maybe, they don't need to understand you, YOU need to understand yourself to the point where you get comfortable with what you're feeling, if ya did, maybe this burnt out rant wouldn't exist
