Hey i have chronic stress since the start of the year, at first it was extremly bad and i had anxiety too, now its better but it gets bad sometimes, sometimes i have it in a lower level, and sometimes in a higher level, but i don't know why, i don't even do anything, i'm always on my phone on tiktok, and everytime i get out of my bed and start doing things i'm getting stressed and its hard for me to breath, especially when i eat i feel it worse, but when i lay in bed i feel relaxed but the more i stay the worse it will get when i'll try to get up, second thing is that i have hunger problems also lately, everytime i'm done eating i feel like i'm still hungry but i just don't want to eat, i don't know how to explain it, like my stomach is still empty but i don't wanna eat more
