poor working memory?

i don't expect anything from this, but i'm just wondering if anyone else also struggles with extremely poor working memory despite having a relatively high IQ, whether its related to ADHD, ASD, etc. what are some ways to cope?

it feels like it is really controlling my life

I don't have anyways to cope myself but unstable attachments
