If I remember correctly there was a bot that was made to specifically celebrate birthdays and give people some kind of "birthday" role and put them on top of the member list.
Personally I care about birthdays a lot and I'm sure people would like to get their birthdays recognized.

We have a problem with that as revealing exact DOB of users it allows easier for those will ill intent to stalk or find users IRL easier
