#Trying to find an affordable LMFT no insurance

I recently moved to a new state, I need some advice on how to find an affordable LMFT so my wife and I can work on communicating better with each other without getting into arguments. Any advice on how to find an LMFT who is affordable without insurance, marriage counseling groups, etc would be great, any suggestions or questions are welcome.
