11:15am and I am eating dinner
Chose sth LONG to prepare 2 eat. Why?
Wanted comfort over quick.
Dinner literally nuggets w fries
I was like "cool I have time I can spend time in oven searching new recipes, plan"
and booooom. 2.5H AGAIN
Chose to not skip the evening review

So I
Force myself to wake up with 4h sleep again.
Because?
I feel like a failure I I wake up at 5pm
It is the middle of the day.
