I feel like I have been living "for" other's, doing things bc they like it, choosing something because they might like it and in the process "ignoring" my own wants and needs. I struggle to be myself and not put on a "mask" and it's bad for me and my relationship w my gf since it creates a huge imbalance..
I learned half this behavior from my parents so not a lot of support to be expected from that side(ive tried)
I struggle to actually get up and do things, I tend to avoid them and then if I actually manage to do something I struggle with consistency
Any advice on how to start putting myself first?
And on how to not avoid things simply bc Im scared of them or they're hard
