I've also struggled with my childhood as I never find a good friend. Although I made friend with my neighbor, they weren't nice and I stop hang out with them. I also spend my time in isolation like you and play game or watch anime/tv. I was lucky to have a cat for pet which help me mentally, even when it like to be alone. Self-isolation can feel like a mean to protect yourself from getting treated badly by others again but it cause alot of mental health issues like mood swing and lower self esteem, all of the problem you currently have. When you don't do anything and move on with your life, you would feel anxious about it and worry more about the future. It's hard to meet anyone good since most people are selfish and only try to act nice in front of others to fit in. You can meet new people by finding those that share similar interest or view as you. Like those that play the same game, watch same video or share similar opinion. Anything that you can discuss about to talk more. As long as you don't show your weakness and take caution in trusting anyone then people won't be able to take advantage of you. You can learn to improve and take better care for yourself before you're ready to go on with your life to finish study and work. There's many ways to improve but the best way is to understand yourself and the world better by learning some psychology. It's also ok to take some break for yourself and move slowly at your own pace in life to avoid issues in the future. If you like, you can talk to me too. I have the time and it's good to make new friend too. I can also share some detail about psychology for you to learn too

Hey, if you need a friend, I'm here. Do not be scared to reach out, I'm offering willingly. I am diagnosed with ADHD and autism too, so I can understand some things you feel. I had a rough childhood and I found myself also doing "nothing". I found some help and I an slowly, gradualy getting better. I would love to cheer you up on that path and help you stay on it
