Try to do something that will make me proud. Play music, do something creative, exercise or garden. Also, going to bed early!! Lying in bed at 8pm listening to a podcast or some crime doco. Crime/prison documentaries/interviews are healthy for me because i know their lives are harder than mine so it puts some perspective to my situation.
Well if you want want to not feel lonely u should make friends even if it's online friends
Although for me I found comfort in it the indifference of a silent nigh and a night filled by laughter and chaos I just embrace the peace found in solidarity maybe you just need to think of loneliness in a different light especially if it's not something u can fix right away or if ur not a fan of social interactions or if ur just super awkward
I don't think you need an activity to drive away loneliness maybe you should invite it instead or like befriend it in a way.like "hey loneliness how bout you keep me company" that might sound dumb
Solidarity is merely a blessing made curse
