I feel dumb

Lately I've been feeling so dumb and worthless and everything is against me
It's like I have no friends to talk to and I'm just unfunny and awkward to be around with
I have no one to talk to and no one understands me and it feels as if I can't think properly nowadays I'm just too stupid to do anything
My family gets mad at me all the time for doing dumb stuff and I just feel like a burden to them
I recently got diagnosed with an infection and I got a cold recently and so I've been feeling horrible these past few days
I might be overreacting but I just can't take it anymore

Hey broski, I don’t think you’re unfunny or awkward at all. I honestly think you’re just misunderstood, and there are people out there who would genuinely appreciate you and love having you as a friend. You are not a burden to your family, and you’re not worse or less than anyone else. You just haven’t met the right people yet.

And, I’d really love to be your friend and listen to you, and I wouldn’t find you awkward even for a second. I hope you can stop thinking of yourself as a burden, because you’re not. You’re the kind of person who actually makes things better just by being there.
