I have a habit of overeating and i have a sweet tooth, like any average american. I just don't understand why I'm skinny but also fat? I have average legs and i guess average arms too, not skinny but not fat, but what i really hate is that my ribs show through my uppder stomach but also my stomach is nver flat, its always big unless i dont eat anything which can be hard for me to do, and i feel really crappy and i can't dance (which is the main reason i want a flat stomach, for ballet) idk, i would love if someone could give me advice on getting a flatter stomach. i also would love tips on how to actually gain the motivation to workout each night and find the time, i'm part of weightlifting club at school i just dont go becuase i realise i dont have to and no one is forcing me. idk, advice would be great.

overeating its okay, just dont do it too much because it isnt healthy. but if you cant stop it, you can eat greek yogurt everyday, it helps with weight loss slowly. you can take breaks, but not too long, dont pressure yourself too much
