Lately am just not keeping up with anything, school, chores, friends, i just try to be good at everything and it doesnt work out, my teacher made me sit alone as the only one in class and in the most lone front corner, and she makes sitting next to me a punishment so nobody even wants to speak with with me, i just feel so alone and isolated all the time, am also juggling lots of mental stress from getting burned out at school itself and not having time for my friends, i honestly have no idea what to do… i try to study hard but i always get a “below average” grade because i forget stuff

Make some of those things that you juggle a brace instead of a handicap for you to deal with. Friends should be a positive and even school can be positive when you have a sport
Or a group who you get along with
Forgetting stuff is fine it's ok to be your grade as long as you put in the effort but you dont have to overexhilarate
I think what you need is something to think about besides school and chores such as a hobby or sport
Burnout can actually be the opposite of what it usually seems like
