Hii, it's alright dude, relapsing is part of the healing process
you can't always be perfect and move forward, falling down is not the same as falling back

Be proud of yourself for reaching 3 months sober, you can reach it again and you can go beyond that, addiction isn't a easy thing to overcome but never shame yourself for falling down, it's normal, it's human
you're human
